House Rules

These rules are in place for home safety, to help us maintain a neighborly listing, and for the comfort of guests who prefer a pet- and smoke-free environment, and a timely check-in.
-NO illegal activity.
The booking will be terminated immediately with no refund.
-NO SMOKING
Evidence of smoking inside of the home will result in a fee to remove offensive odors.
-FIRE SAFETY
Outdoor grilling and candles are not permitted.
-NO PARTIES
We allow gatherings among registered guests only.
-QUIET HOURS
10pm-8am
-CHECK OUT TIME
12pm. Late fees will be charged if our cleaning schedule, or another listing is affected. No smoking. No parties or events. Check-in is after 4:00 PM.

Refundable Damage Deposit

We must hold a security deposit to protect our property and make sure that it is in good condition for the next guest. Please allow 48 hours after the scheduled check-out date for your security deposit to be processed and returned to the payment method you used at the time of booking. Your security deposit will be fully refunded minus any damages that occur during your tenancy, beyond normal wear and tear. Please see the list of house rules before booking. We look forward to hosting you!

Cancellation Policy

STRICT
*To receive a full refund, Guests must cancel at least 30 days prior to check in. If the check-in date is more than 30 days prior to check in, Guests may cancel within 48 hours of booking.

We recommend that Guests purchase travel insurance through a trusted company in the case that extenuating circumstances impede their stay.
