We must hold a security deposit to protect our property and make sure that it is in good condition for the next guest. Please allow 48 hours after the scheduled check-out date for your security deposit to be processed and returned to the payment method you used at the time of booking. Your security deposit will be fully refunded minus any damages that occur during your tenancy, beyond normal wear and tear. Please see the list of house rules before booking. We look forward to hosting you! 

A digital keypad will be programmed with information that is specific to each guest.

Several of us live within a mile of the property and can be available, if needed. 

Located steps away from Railtown State Historic Park, half mile from downtown & 1 hour from Yosemite

Yes, up to 2 dogs with prior approval and submission of a waiver and current state-issued ID

For guest safety and home security, there is one camera on the front of the home and one on the back- both cameras face toward the street and record audio/video 24-7. No other cameras are on the property.

Fees will be charged to remove offensive odors.
